Once I’ve arrived at Park MGM, how can I find Dolby Live?

This depends on whether you arrive at Park MGM from Las Vegas Boulevard or Park Avenue.

Dolby Live is located at Park MGM’s casino level. If you enter Park MGM’s Park Avenue entrance, you will be able to see Dolby Live on the right as you enter the casino floor.

If you arrive at Park MGM from Las Vegas Boulevard, walk straight across the casino floor until you see the MGM Rewards desk. The Dolby Live entrance will be right next to it.

Is there a dress code for Dolby Live?

There is no specific dress code. For the most part, you can wear whatever you’re comfortable with. However, some types of clothing are on Dolby Live’s ‘prohibited items’ list. They include:

• » Helmets
• » Studded belts, shoes, or bracelets
• » Clothes displaying explicit language or profanity

Dolby Live also prohibits patrons not wearing shoes or a shirt.

At what time do the doors open at Dolby Live?

The doors to the auditorium usually open between 90 minutes and two hours before the event begins.

If I accidentally bring prohibited belongings, is there anywhere I can store them onsite?

Dolby Live does not have any claim check area where you would be able to leave these belongings in storage while the show is underway. You will therefore be responsible for storing those items elsewhere.

Where is Dolby Live’s lost-and-found area?

If you’ve recently lost an item, you might be convinced that you misplaced it while attending a Dolby Live event. If this indeed happened, venue staff may have found the item and handed it over to Park MGM Security. In this scenario, you would need to get in touch with Park MGM to retrieve your item.
